Email support@overloadai.app and a human will get back to you — usually within one business day. Include the email on your Overload account if your question is about billing or data.

Subscriptions & billing

How do I cancel? Subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. Cancel anytime in the app under You → Manage subscription → Cancel, or directly in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal — you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and your program and history stay on your account.

Refunds. Apple processes App Store payments, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side — a billing mistake, a broken purchase — email us and we'll make it right. No hoops.

Restore purchases. Reinstalled or switched phones? In the app: You → Restore purchases.

Your data

Delete your account. In the app: You → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and cloud training data. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we store.

Offline logging. Gyms have bad signal — Overload logs sets on your phone first and syncs when you're back online. A workout is never lost to a dead spot.

Training questions

Where do my weights come from? A deterministic programming engine — not a language model — sets every load, rep, and deload using proven progression schemes. The AI coach explains those decisions and proposes plan edits (like compressing a session), which the engine validates before anything changes. Every adaptation is visible in your log.

Something hurts. Overload can route work around an area you flag — that's programming, not medicine. We don't diagnose or treat anything. For pain or injury, talk to a qualified health professional.
